• Explain CMA/Pricing Process, Agency relationship
• Go over Listing process & documentation
• Measure Home, Photographs taken. Virtual Tour
• Design Feature Brochures. Posted in Sechelt & Gibsons office.
• Place a Sign on property with info box.
• Submit your listed property with MLS
• Advertise on websites 4-5.
• Contact other brokerages with brochures.
• Respond to Consumer and Realtor inquiries.
• Show the Property.
• Prepare buyer packages.
• Prequailify potential buyers.
• Set up a Realtor Tour.
• Hold a Public Open House.
• Advertise in Realtor Guide Newspaper(mthly) As well as Coast Reporter.
• Distribute brochure to Whistler/Squamish/Pemberton
• Keep In touch with You on market activity.
• Review contract, assisting You in negotiating.
• Assist with bankers, appraisers, Inspectors, lawyers.
• Assist in Completion and Possession
